What Does It Look Like To Work With Me?
Depending on how much support you’d like, there are four levels of services available. With the exception of Level 1 clients, all services begin with an intake form before our initial consult. At the end of each one hour session, you’ll receive an email with your updated self-care plan for the week. Between each of our sessions, you’ll also have unlimited access to me via Voxer.
Prior to selecting a service (Level 2-4) , please schedule a free 20 minute consult so that we can discuss your needs and answer any pertinent questions.
How may I be of service?
- Fertility Fit Kit is an online course with lifetime access for those of you who prefer a self-paced course without coaching. The videos and assignments will prepare you for treatment and help you develop your own self-care plan.

Add-On Services
- If you find the need for further support, individual sessions can be purchased.
- Live video coaching is available during your fertility procedure of choice (Ex: transfer, retrieval/before anesthesia, hysteroscopy, hysterosalpingogram, etc…)
- Special Note: You must seek approval from your clinic for this prior to your procedure. Once approved, we’ll discuss with them the logistics of how this will best work. Due to the dynamic nature of retrieval dates/times, I’ll do my best to accommodate to your schedule. However, we may need to arrange a different set up if needed.
This online course is self-paced with a lifetime access and a perfect addition to coaching sessions.
